Grab and Go lessons are 45 to 90-minute educational lessons designed to integrate into classroom instruction or in club activities as a single workshop experience or as supplemental to other educational activities. These activities are aligned to the NC and National K-12 educational standards. Most materials for grab-and-go lessons may be found around the home.
